This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed for Pure Vision.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible after purchase.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the package selected. The 1-bottle package includes a $9.99 shipping fee, while 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages include Free Shipping.

Pure Vision is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control. Processing and carrier transit times may vary.

Domestic Delivery Time (Standard Shipping)

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected. Transit time does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery timeframes are estimates.

Pure Vision is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including (but not limited to) transportation disruptions, weather, or other acts of nature.

Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If you experience any delivery issues or delays, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist where appropriate.

International Shipping Note (If Applicable)

International delivery times may vary, and in some cases shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance processes in the destination country. Any delivery timeframe is an estimate.

Cancel Order

If you need help with an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible after purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

In that case, you may:

  • Contact support for guidance, or
  • Follow the refund and return instructions in the Refund Policy (if eligible)

Once we receive and review the returned package (if applicable), we can process the appropriate refund under the applicable refund policy.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. Please review your details carefully at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Delivery of Items

If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided, Pure Vision does not issue refunds for claims that the package was not received. If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier for assistance and contact our support team for help with next steps.

Returns (Related to Refunds)

To obtain your refund (as applicable), you must make your request within 60 days from the date of purchase by calling or emailing support. If approved, you will be responsible for return shipping to send any unused bottles to the address below.

  • Refund requests must be made within 60 days of purchase
  • You must notify support by phone or email
  • You are responsible for return shipping
  • Return any unused bottles to the address below

Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After processing, it may take time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.
